"Depression was not accidental..."

"Depression was not accidental. It was a carefully contrived occurrence... The international bankers sought to bring about a condition of despair here so that they might emerge as rulers of us all." ~ Louis T. McFadden, Chairman of the House Banking and Currency Committee, 1932

Everyone uses the term "conspiracy theory" to demonize and silence their opposition. It's pretty easy to look at that quote above and discount it as "conspiracy theory" unless you are actually paying attention to what has been going on in this country over the last few years. Then, all of the sudden, it doesn't seem so far-fetched, does it?

"Give me control of a nation's money and I care not who makes her laws." ~ Mayer Amschel Rothschild

Should we pay attention to this man who has been dead for nearly two centuries?

Probably so.

In the eyes of The Federal Reserve, Public Enemy Number One is Congressman Ron Paul.

Who is going to be overseeing The Federal Reserve when the new Congress is seated in 2011?

Representative Ron Paul.

Don, why talk about Ron Paul? He is way out of the Republican mainstream, according to the statist, Marxist talking heads, as well as unelectable, according to the dying, old-school, statist GOP mainstream.

Oh, he might very well be electable. Contrary to what all of the entities you cite have to say about him. The sad thing about that is, he wouldn't be able to do a damned thing if he did get elected.

This country is run by corporations and it's not going to change. If it does change, it's going to be from the long, downward slide into mediocrity and what is reborn after that downfall. Other than that? Nothing is ever going to change.
